Custom Banner Designs

Please fill out the form at the bottom of the page and attach a related image file so that we may provide you with a quote at no charge (send this form multiple times, attaching a new file each time, if you need to send more than one file). Do not hesitate to send info and image via fax (608 784-8770).

If you accept our price quote and want the banner(s) created, we must first secure a non refundable payment of $100.00. Sixty dollars is for the minimum first hour Artwork charge and the remainder is applied to your first order or additional artwork time (if needed). We charge $60 per hour for custom graphic work and file conversion.

We need image files to be in one of these formats (windows only, sorry, we are completely unable to deal with Mac files): Corel Draw 10 (.cdr), Adobe Illustrator 10 (.ai), gif, jpg, bmp, tif, or wmf.
